Brands For The Bush
Posted on January 06 2020
We know this is a difficult time for many. Words cannot express the devastation so many of us feel regarding the reality taking place in Australia. What we can do is find comfort where we can, join together in support, and share what we can where we can.
Wildly Free will be donating 20% of sales through participation in an upcoming Vegan Action V72 Event to Wires Wildlife Rescue. We are also committed to donating $1 from each of our products sold online through Feb 8th to One Tree Planted. Furthermore, we are organizing an event for early Feb that will bring our local beauty community together to contribute to various organizations in AU. More details to follow.
We have taken some time to gather information from some other small businesses that are also contributing to the recovery of those affected by the Australian bushfires through donating to organizations assisting in the support, recovery, and reparative efforts caused by the continent's unfortunate state of emergency.
This list will continue to grow as we discover more small businesses who would like to share their business here.
For now here are some brands you can explore:
Sun Theory creates therapeutically scented, natural, plant-based, vegan eco-friendly 100% soy candles in repurposed vessels.
For the month of January, Sun Theory is donating 10% of their website and event sales to help our neighbors in Australia. They are also giving away a free tote bag to everyone who donates $5 or more to an organization that helps (just send them a copy of your receipt by DM via IG here)⠀
