We do our best to source environmentally friendly materials for all of our packaging, including our shipping packages. With some of our packaging comprised of recycled materials we take the extra step to ensure they can be recycled again, resused, or compostable. Uniquely, our Soap Box Brows instructions cards are made of fairtrade wildflower paper which can be planted to bloom your own bunch of beautiful flowers.
Aside from our eco-packaging standards, all orders will be “carbon neutral” shipped. That means that we will eliminate, capture, or otherwise mitigate all of the carbon emissions created from your orders treating your front door!
When shipments are offset, you fund projects that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions like protecting forests or building wind farms.
Although your satisfaction is very important to us, for safety and sanitary reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used. We are happy to exchange unused (non-damaged) merchandise for other products or a Wildly Free gift card.DAMAGED ITEMS
If your products are damaged or broken during shipping, please contact us
immediately and we will issue a new item to be shipped.
For all broken or damaged claims, photos will be requested before any replacement items are sent.
