Diversity & Inclusion
Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
Wildly Free is a small business that places a large value on people, the environment, and the quality of our products. Those guiding principles compel us to place an equally high value on equality and humanity.
Wildly Free will commit to supporting diversity and inclusion through collaborations and partnerships. Wildly Free is committed to featuring, uplifting the presence and voices of a diverse group of models, customers, and content partners throughout our visual marketing channels and collateral including photos, videos, and social media posts.
Our commitment to these goals will continue to evolve as we learn together and hear from you. We will listen, learn, and support our community, customers, and followers.
Wildly Free has pledged to be an antiracist business, and registered with Equality Means Business, which indicates Wildly Free is a safe and welcoming business for LGBTQ+ people.
Throughout the year Wildly Free also donates a portion of revenue, our time or products to organizations and community leaders that actively work and fight to create change for equality, equity, housing, environmental improvements, and animal safety. Some organization Wildly Free has contributed to have included: The Trevor Project, The Loveland Foundation, To Love Ourselves, Race Capital, Girls For a Change, Side by Side Virginia, Mutual Aid Disaster Relief Richmond (MAD), Southerners on New Ground (S.O.N.G), Richmond Wildlife Center, the Humane Society, The Ocean Cleanup, and many more. We also contribute to national and international emergency disaster relief groups. We may not always share our contributions publicly, but please email us for accountability requests. We are happy to provide you with the records.
We’re a small company, but we look forward to making a difference in these ways and beyond. We look forward to a brighter future, together.
